Terms and conditions

Death and Code, LLC provides FitZero for planning workouts, logging training and tracking progress. These terms cover your use of FitZero and any purchases you make through it.

Your account and content

Keep your sign-in links private. Only upload or share material you have permission to use. When you choose to share a workout, program or profile, check who can see it. Review AI-generated workouts before adding them to your training.

Plans, renewal and delivery

Membership plans show prices in US dollars. Stripe Checkout shows the total, including applicable tax, before you pay. Paid memberships renew monthly or yearly at the interval you choose. A trial becomes a paid membership only if you choose to purchase one.

FitZero delivers access and credits to your account after confirming payment. The plan or credit pack details shown when you purchase specify the included credits and any renewal or expiry rules. Extra credit packs are one-time purchases, and spending AI credits requires Premium access.

Cancellations and refunds

To stop a renewal, open Billing and use the Stripe customer portal to cancel. You can use your membership through the end of the paid term. For a refund on a membership charge, contact support with your receipt.

To request a refund for an eligible credit pack, open your purchase history in Billing and select Refund unused pack within 14 days of purchase. The full pack must be unused, with no credits reserved for work in progress. If the option is unavailable, contact support with the purchase reference.

Death and Code processes eligible refunds within 5–7 business days. If you have a question about a disputed transaction, please contact us within 30 days of purchase so we can investigate. See the Death and Code business policies for refund and promotion details.
