Privacy policy
Death and Code, LLC operates FitZero. This policy explains how we use information when you sign in, log workouts, share content or pay for a membership.
Accounts and training records
We use your email to send sign-in links and identify your account. We store the profile details, workout plans, exercise results, notes and training preferences you provide so you can use them across sessions and see your progress. Your sharing settings determine who else can view the profile or training content you choose to share.
AI features and connected apps
When you ask FitZero to generate or edit a plan, we send the relevant instructions and training context to our AI provider, OpenAI. If you import a file using AI, this can include text extracted from the file. When you authorize a connected app, it can access FitZero data within the permissions you grant. You can review or revoke access in your connected apps settings.
Payments
Stripe collects payment details through its hosted checkout and customer portal. FitZero uses transaction identifiers, amounts, subscription status and refund records to provide access, track credits and resolve billing questions. See Stripe’s privacy policy for how Stripe handles payment information.
Running the service
We use hosting, email and error-monitoring providers to operate FitZero, deliver sign-in messages and diagnose failures. FitZero uses cookies for sign-in and browser storage for preferences such as appearance and tracked exercises.
Your choices
You can edit your profile and export training data from your account. To ask for access, correction or deletion of personal information, contact FitZero support. We may need to verify account ownership before fulfilling a request. Some records may be retained to resolve payment disputes or meet legal obligations.
